Product Description

FEB FIBREMIX is a fine monofilament polypropylene fibre material combined with a powdered admixture, which can be added to cementitious mixes to help prevent shrinking and cracking during the curing process. FEB FIBREMIX also enhances the surface properties and durability of hardened cement based materials.  Ideal for use in concrete floor screeds, paths, driveways and garage/shed bases.

Instructions for Use

Use 1 bag of FEB FIBREMIX to treat one 25Kg bag of cement. A suitable concrete mix relevant to the application must be used, e.g. for a shed base use 25kg of cement, 50kg sand and 100kg of gravel plus water. If not using 25kg of cement, proportion dose accordingly.

• Add aggregates (e.g sand or ballast).
• Add cement and mix thoroughly.
• Evenly mix FEB FIBREMIX (fibre and powder admixture) with the dry concrete mix. Ensure that both the fibre and powder are evenly dispersed within the dry mix.
• Add water and mix thoroughly.

• Concrete mix is now ready to be used.

Coverage

1 x 90g Sachet of Feb Fibremix per 25kg of Cement.

Storage

Store in cool dry conditions – PROTECT FROM FROST.

Shelf Life

36 months from manufacture when stored in a sealed container and as recommended.
